So I pursue staying current with product knowledge certifications, and I have been this way since 1975, when I first entered the Car Business. This was also essential in my Insurance Sales experience especially since we had to create our own customer base to work with.   1. When I decided to buy a car, I went through to see if car buying had become any easier since I bought my last car 10 years ago. Right away, I got an inbox full of spam from local dealers, except for Mountain View chevrolet. My salesman, Bill Smith, sent me a personal email asking what I was looking for. After I told him that, he sent me an email with the lowest price that he could do. That was it, no harassing phone calls, no begging me to come in. He was flexible and worked around my schedule, and was very prompt with follow-up emails. He took care of me and took the hassle out of buying a car. So, thank you Bill and everyone at Mountain View for the new car and making my life just a little bit easier.
